This facility operated as Leviton Manufacturing, which impacted soil and groundwater within the area via use of lagoons and solid waste dumping.  The rear of the mill fell into disarray and was not maintained.

A solar company, under the supervision of HEI conducted remedial excavations and solid waste removal to facilitate proper construction of the solar array atop contaminated areas of the property.
