Remedial approaches are customized to each project and are dependent on cost, timeframe, and extent and concentrations of contaminants observed.  Projects could include one or multiple of the following approaches such as:

• Soil Excavation;

• In-Situ Chemical or Biological Soil and Groundwater Remediation;

• Passive of Active Product Recovery;

• Underground Storage Tank Closures;

• Underground Injection Control (UIC) (e.g., Floor Drain) Closures;

• Chemical and Biological Groundwater Injections;

• Sub-Slab Depressurization Systems;

• Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) Systems; and,

• Environmental Land Usage Restrictions (ELURs).
